Could this year BE any weirder?! It’s graduation week, and I would like to invite you to join in celebrating the class of 2020. Their final in high school year has been nothing like they expected, but they have continued to dream big, persevere, and have been brought even closer together during these times of adversity!

My daughter and some of her classmates have come together to raise money for local non-profits that are near and dear to our hearts! This will serve as their Senior Class gift; giving back to the community who has helped raise them up right. We have created 3 shirts and picked 4 local causes for you to choose from. (all non-profit selections are anonymous, so choose the one that speaks to you!)

For $20 you will receive a super soft shirt, (tax and shipping included), the opportunity to donate to a local Fort Bend cause, AND to champion our 2020 Seniors committed to doing better: together.
$5 from each t-shirt sale will go to your chosen non- profit.

Choose your shirt, choose your cause, and then spread the good word like a virus!!! (if you prefer to skip the shirt, just click on the links below to donate directly to the non-profit instead!!)

Sometimes all we can do is grab our friends, have a beer (if you are old enough), add a lime, and change our attitudes and mindset even if it’s just for a moment.

 Sole Loved:
“Our Mission is to bring hope to little feet, one pair of shoes at a time.”
Sole Loved operates as a non-profit under a 501 3C by Sugar Land momma, and wife Stacy Bourgeois.
Sole Loved provides new and gently used shoes for those in need in Fort Bend County. They supply shoes to children of low-income families, the homeless, student athletes, and other feet in need in the community. They partnered last year with “Heroes and Helpers,” to provide a pair of shoes to every child who participated in the event; and aim to help even more children this year!

Helpers and Heroes:
Helpers and Heroes was created and championed by a local Sugar Land mom, who works for the Executive HR team at Target.
Target’s Heroes & Helpers program builds stronger communities by pairing public safety officials with children from low income families and providing them with a Target gift card and a 30% off discount to shop for gifts for themselves or their families. Last Christmas they were able to provide gift cards, shoes and the Target shopping trip with A Fort Bend, Missouri City police officer to 50 children. Their goal is to be able to repeat the event this Christmas for 100 children.

GoFund Me for Ms. Luella Davis
After retiring, Luella and her husband put all their retirement money into building their dream home. Shortly after starting, the builder took off and left the home unfinished. Two months late, the love of her life, her husband Al, died suddenly of a heart attack. She has been living in a shed in the back staring at her unfinished home for 5 years. Through the help of the community and the leadership of William Ferguson, the Stone Soup Project was born! Please help us continue to raise funds for the continued costs associated with building the home that her husband worked so hard to provide for her.

Lunches of Love:
Lunches of Love is operated by a Sugar Land wife and mama, now serving 2 locations including Rosenberg and Missouri City, TX.
Mission: Lunches of Love, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is committed to helping end childhood hunger in Fort Bend County by providing a free nutritious sack lunch during extended school holidays and weekends.
